2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide yourself by filling in the contact form on this website:

• full name — so we know who we are replying to,
• email address — so we can answer your enquiry,
• phone number — optional, only if you would like us to call you,
• message content — the description of your enquiry.

3. Purpose of processing and legal basis

The legal basis is not the same for every kind of processing, so we set them out separately:

Data from the contact form is processed solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, that is, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Act). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons, by writing to office@tlogteam.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

The technical operation of the website, its security and protection against automated spam submissions rest on the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site working correctly and free from abuse. We keep that interest to the necessary minimum — we do not build visitor profiles and we do not track your behaviour on the site.

• We do not use your data for marketing or newsletters.
• We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not carry out profiling.

4. Processors and recipients of data

We use technical services provided by third parties to run this website. Those providers act as processors and handle the data only on our instructions and for the purposes listed below:

• Web3Forms — delivering the contents of the contact form to our email address;
• hCaptcha — verifying that an enquiry is sent by a person rather than an automated program (spam protection);
• Cloudflare — website hosting and visit statistics that use no cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

5. Transfer of data outside the Republic of Serbia

The processors listed above are foreign service providers, based mainly in the United States of America. This means your data may be processed and stored outside the Republic of Serbia, including in countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the Republic of Serbia.

When choosing processors we make sure they apply appropriate safeguards as provided by the rules on transfers of data to other countries (Articles 63 to 72 of the Act), including contractual obligations on confidentiality and data security. 6. How long we keep the data

We keep data from the contact form for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — to answer your enquiry and, if cooperation follows, to keep the correspondence about it.

Once that purpose ends, we delete the data. If you withdraw your consent or ask for erasure, we delete the data without delay, unless we are required to retain it under another regulation (for example, accounting rules where a business relationship has arisen).

7. Your rights

In relation to the data we process, you have the following rights under the Personal Data Protection Act:

• the right of access — to learn whether we process your data and to obtain a copy of it (Article 26);
• the right to rectification and completion — to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed (Article 29);
• the right to erasure — to have your data deleted once there is no longer a basis for processing it (Article 30);
• the right to restriction of processing — to have processing paused while the accuracy of the data or the merits of an objection are established (Article 31);
• the right to data portability — to receive the data you gave us in a common electronic format (Article 36);
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 37);
• the right to withdraw consent at any time, with no adverse consequences for you (Article 15, paragraph 3);
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, if you believe your rights have been infringed (Article 82).

8. How to exercise your rights

You can send a request to office@tlogteam.com or by post to Prva industrijska bb, 22314 Krnješevci. To prevent misuse, we may ask for additional information in order to establish your identity.

We act on requests without delay and no later than 30 days from the day the request is received (Article 21, paragraph 3 of the Act). Where a request is complex, or where there are several of them, the deadline may be extended and we will inform you of that within the original period. Acting on a request is free of charge.

9. Data security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so the data you enter in the form is transmitted securely.

Only authorised persons at the controller have access to the enquiries received, and only to the extent necessary to answer them. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or alteration of data.

10. Cookies and visit statistics

This website does not use cookies for visitor tracking or advertising. That is why there is no cookie notice on the site.

Visit statistics, where enabled, are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not allow identification of an individual visitor. Should we introduce a tool that uses tracking cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before placing such cookies.

hCaptcha, as protection against automated submissions, may use technical data about your device in order to tell a person from a program. That check is only triggered once you reach the contact form.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy, for example if we change a service provider or the way data is processed. Changes take effect on the day the updated version is published on this page.

The date from which the version you are reading applies is shown at the bottom of the page. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
